Total cost: $360 to $570

You may also want to bring a chair, table, other hanging systems for the center of your tent.

Other considerations

  1. Cash Box – about $20 at staples or elsewhere
  2. Cash – plenty of 1’s, 5’s and 10’s you may want some 20’s you’ll get some $100 bills
  3. Card reader. I suggest Square Up app. Create an account. They have a $10 phone app swipe option but also have a $49 dollar contactless chip https://squareup.com/shop/hardware/us/en/products/chip-credit-card-reader-with-nfc
  4. External battery pack charging station for your phone so you can accept cards. Our event is about 7 hours so depending on your phone you may be fine but they don’t cost much and it’s better than being without a way to charge.  https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Cell-Phone-Portable-Power-Banks/zgbs/wireless/7073960011                Lot’s of options.
  1. Bags if you have small items
  2. I built my art print holders but you can buy them for around $50 to $75

https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Mark-Folding-Large-Print/dp/B004WQFWS8/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=print+rack&qid=1614456003&sr=8-4

  1. you are responsible for your own income tax and sales tax.

We think that’s about it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions. We are here to help artists succeed.
